Abstract: In this article an attempt is made not only to reconstruct a complete chronology of translations of Russian literary works in Turkey, but also to give their due to the true devotees of translation and the publishing who have brought an invaluable contribution to the culture of Turkish society, mostly under extraordinary social and historical conditions.
